Mercator Lines to allot 30 lakh shares

Mercator Lines Ltd on Thursday said it will allot 30 lakh equity shares upon conversion of warrants to the promoters.The board of directors have approved the allotment of 30 lakh equity shares of Re 1 each for cash at a price of Rs 56 per share, the shipping company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
