Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will arrive here on Thursday on a two-day visit, official sources said. He is sheduled to lay the foundation stone for the 'Western Portion Dedicated Freight Corridor Project' at the Railway Ground in Parel, at 16:00 hrs.
