THOUGH the focus of this year’s New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) budget announced today is meeting the basic infrastructure needs for power and water supply, emphasis has also been laid on new projects to make Delhi more attractive for the 2010 Commonwealth Games, said NDMC chairperson Sindhushree Khullar.
