Delhi bars staff strike at oilcos for 6 months

Officers of oil companies would not be able to go on a strike for at least six months in the Capital. The Delhi government has barred officers of about a dozen oil companies from resorting to any agitation. The state has invoked the Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA) as a pre-emptive measure.
