Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J Jayalalithaa, on Wednesday sought a central assistance of Rs13,685 crore, besides 2.58 lakh tonnes of rice and 43,200 kilolitres of kerosene towards providing relief to the flood-affected people in 22 districts of the state.
