The Cabinet on Wednesday gave the green signal to the proposed Kannur airport project.Briefing reporters after the weekly Cabinet meeting here, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said that the total project outlay of the project, conceived as a joint venture, was estimated to be Rs.930 crore.
