The Supreme Court on Tuesday permitted Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE) Limited to sell, alienate or mortgage the lands in its possession to raise funds for executing the Rs. 2,250-crore Bangalore-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor project.
