Two Lashkar militants held in Delhi with explosives

Two suspected Lashkar-e-Toiba militants have been arrested in the capital with a large quantity of explosives, police said today. Imran and Ghulam Rasool, hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, were arrested from a shopping complex in Rohini locality of in northwest Delhi by the special cell of the Delhi Police.
