The All India Muslim Personal Law Board has issued a decree against exiled Bangladeshi author Taslima Nasreen, who has been seeking Indian citizenship. Maulana Ashraf Khan, the Board spokesman, has warned of nation-wide protests if citizenship is granted to Nasreen.
