In a major breakthrough, Haryana Police on Monday arrested a man "closely linked" with the Babbar Khalsa International. Police said they arrested the man, Gurdeep Singh, a resident of Alampur in Fatehgarh Sahab district of Punjab from Surja village in Kurukshetra on Monday morning. A Chinese pistol and 14 live cartridges were seized from him.
