A BSP candidate, who was set ablaze allegedly by her rivals after refusing to withdraw from the fray in the recent Kshetra panchayat polls, died here on Thursday.Prabhavati Devi, who had sustained 90 per cent burns, succumbed to injuries at the district hospital, Medical Officer J P Srivastav said.
