BJP MLA Shankar Chaudhary from Patan district in Gujarat has been arrested in connection with his alleged role in a post-Godhra communal riots case.Chaudhary, an MLA from Radhanpur town of the district was arrested on murder and rioting charges and is in custody of Patan local crime branch.
