The Bihar assembly was adjourned amid chaotic scenes today over alleged "maltreatment" of jailed Lok Sabha MP Mohammed Shahabuddin. Hardly had the House assembled for the day, when leader of the opposition Rabri Devi raised the issue of alleged maltreatment .
