A Special court on Monday issued notice to the CBI's Special Public Prosecutor asking him to file his reply on December 9 on an application of Abdul Karim Telgi, the prime accused in the multi-crore fake stamp, seeking that he be produced in the court in person to submit confidential documents relating to the case.
