A group of dance bar owners have challenged the Maharashtra government's ban on the bars in the Bombay High Court. Aahar, a group of dance bar owners, in its petition, pointed out that the implementation of the Mumbai Police (Amendment) Bill, 2005, has rendered around 10 lakh persons 'unemployed', Manjit Singh Abrol, representing Aahar said.
