PATNA, JANUARY 30: Worried by the increase in the abduction of schoolchildren in the state, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today directed the state police to constitute a ‘special school task force’ to patrol school areas during morning hours as most kidnappings happen while children are on their way to school.
