The Prime Minister conveyed his keenness to take part in the auspicious event which comes once in twelve years but preferred to visit the holy site ahead of the actual event to spare the pilgrims the security hassles involved in the VVIP visit, said Mr Dharam Singh, who called on the PM at his South Block office.
