The Supreme Court on Monday asked the Governments of Tamil Nadu and Kerala not to play with the hopes and emotions of the people on the contentious issue of raising water level of Mullaperiyar dam and advised the two Chief Ministers to participate in the scheduled meeting on November 29 to resolve the dispute.
