Sunil Gavaskar has asked Ganguly not to give up playing cricket because of the bad patch he has hit in recent times. Ganguly was present at the function along with West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya when Gavaskar said Ganguly still had age on his side and, like every player, was going through a bad patch.
