Indian steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal is ranked the world's fifth richest on the Forbes billionaires list. Ten new Indians are included on the list this year. Microsoft's Bill Gates leads the list with $50 billion while Mittal boasts of a net worth of $20 billion.
