New Delhi, March 16: India on Wednesday made it clear that the Russian move to supply uranium to Tarapur plant was not in violation of NSG guidelines after the US expressed reservations to it, saying any such step should be taken after New Delhi fulfils its obligations under the Indo-US nuclear deal.
