RBI to explore rupee convertibility

Reliance Com to raise $500 mn overseas

Reliance Communication Ventures Ltd. said on Tuesday its board had approved raising up to $500 million through issue of convertible bonds in the overseas market. The issue would be at a premium to the current share price of the company and would be subject to all approvals, it said in a statement.
