Mumbai, Apr 12: Nearly four months after reserving its judgment, Mumbai High Court will give its verdict today that will decide the fate of at least 75,000 dance bars.
Petitions challenging the state’s ban on dance bars was filed by Association of Hotels and Restaurants (AHAR), Dance Bar Owners’ Association (DBOA), Bharatiya Bar Girls’ Union (BBGU) and others.
