NEW DELHI: Bina Ramani, one of the key witnesses in the Jessica Lal murder case, presented herself before the police at the office of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch on Tuesday. She returned from Thailand on Monday night after attending her niece's marriage.
