An earthquake of mild intensity hit the border district of Pithoragarh in Uttaranchal on Tuesday, the Met Office said.The tremor measuring 4.1 on the Richter Scale was recorded at around 09:35 am at Pithoragarh, which shares the border with Nepal and Tibet, they said.
