Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Assam`s violence-hit districts of Dibrugarh and Tinsukia on Tuesday. During his four-hour visit to the state, Dr Singh will go to some of the violence-affected areas in the two districts and address the press at the Mohanbari Airport before leaving for New Delhi.
