Four persons were arrested and 6.5 kg of explosive substance TNT seized from their possession in north west Mumbai in the wee hours of Saturday. The arrested include Sakhu Gaikwad (45) and Gautam Telore (42) from Igatapuri in Maharashtra's Nasik district, police said.
