Heavy rains lashed most parts of Punjab and Haryana on Monday disrupting normal life and reviving the cold conditions in the region. In Punjab, Amritsar received 7.8 mm of rain. Ludhiana Patiala, Mukerian, Pathankot, Balachaur, Ropar, Mohali, Phagwara and Jalandhar were among other places in the State to be lashed by rains.
