Taking a tough stand against the UPA Government's decision to set up a Maritime university in Chennai, the Left MPs on Thursday dashed off a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh expressing displeasure over the Government decision to introduce the Indian Maritime University Bill in Parliament without consulting them.
