Even as media reports in Sri Lanka blamed the India-installed first-generation radars for failing to detect LTTE aircraft, foreign secretary Shiv Shankar Menon ruled out any possibility of the radars not working. "There is no question of them failing," he said at a press conference on Wednesday.
